Rescued and lovingly restored in 2013, new life has been breathed into this 16th century thatched Devon Inn yet again in 2024, bringing it back to a rural country pub as of August. With new management team supported by volunteers, the focus is on good beer, community and cheerful, professional hospitality delivered with a smile.
The pub’s kitchen is not yet up and running and so the pub is organising local food truck to visit during opening hours. Food can be eaten inside the pub or the garden. Keep an eye on social media and the mew website for the latest offerings.
Dogs, children and cyclists are all welcome.
